Critera

  1. [required] Student will be able to discuss the benefits/ philosophy of yoga. (must state 3 correct answers from day 1 or discussed throughout the unit)
  2. [required] Students have managed time to complete a minimum of 8 completed journal pages. (Each page communicated a favorite pose or move, and a reflection {how they felt, what went well, what didn’t, etc})
  3. [required] The poses they were responsible for in class 11 and 12 meet the following criteria: Students can reason critically in choosing correct poses (For Example: If they created the warm-up, they used warm-up poses we have covered)
  4. [required] There were a minimum of 4 poses included in their sequence, and appropriate music was chosen.
